Interesting site actually... and of course although hes advertised the site on an Aussie site hes forgotten to make the site relevent to Australians instead pricing everythin in USD... as usual

Timbers quite attractive... although olive is available here so why one would want to send for some from over there is a bit beyond me... ah but there yer go! Get some timber from the holey land and all will be well in your life... sigh... dreamers

Mind you I will make you an even better offer than Kings Park that is now under offer from ol stoppers... now the town I have on my books is steeped in the maritime history of WA... timber and boats a fine place most cosmapolitan and right on the Indian Ocean was used in recent State government tourist publicity campain and was the base for the Australian Americas cup challenge... now known as Fremantle this thriving town is available to you for a sacrifice!!... just 20Mil will get you into this wonderful peice of Aussie history... be quick first in with the rubber cheque gets the doll!
