Make sure you make it a weekend Andy, stay at the farm Saturday night with (hopefully) Fletty, if he can make it this year and we can all share the red wine at the BBQ at the showground on the Saturday night
Walnut is Queensland, not US sorry

If you fill the bottles with good Vic wine, we will take the bottle caps or corks as part of the deal, but you'd best send a semi full of wine up the day before so we try before we buy

G'day Greg. I don't know much about mainland timber, me being from tassie, so have no idea what sort of prices are appropriate. Can you give me an indicative range for zebrano boards. I want to use it for guitar tops (10mm veneers)
cheers

Hi All,
Is anyone going to this auction from Melbourne?
I may be interested in some timber and am happy to contribute to freight and time etc.

I'm confused - which these days, is my normal state of mind 😳 - I had the impression that the auction was in Melb. If anyone from Melbourne is going and would be prepared to bring back a Zebrano board for me please PM me. If Greg is happy to cut it to lengths of 500mm it won't take up much space.
cheers

Mike,if you want to make an absent bid, just send me details at email: [email protected] and I'll have someone bid for you, cutting to 500mm is not a problem, let me know how the transport is sorted first, still 9 days to go, but it may be easier.......you may find some at the Melbourne wood show this weekend
