Bunnings clearance on AEG tools
Hi All,
My local Bunnings, Box Hill VIC, seems to be clearing all their AEG range.
MSC305 Compound Mitre Saw $150 - 305mm blade (had been on sale at $299 from $499 for past couple weeks)
PS305DG Sliding Mitre Saw $400 -big bugger
Lithium Impact Drivers were also heavily reduced
More than likely to be at all stores.
Cheers, Steve

Is it the Made in PRC AEG or the Made in Germany stuff. If it's the made in Germany stuff, it's a good buy, but goodbye to another premium brand from Bunnings. Maybe AEG wouldn't discount their stock as Bunnings may have reqested.

It will be the prc made aeg, most the German models were phased out over 5 years ago, we are the warranty service centre for aeg & we still get hardly anything back for warranty, I don't think the clearance is at every bunnings store as they would of told us if they deranged the brand

I saw AEG at Masters Cairns the other week.
Perhaps Bunnings couldn't compete with Masters?Every day is better than yesterday

tbh. AEG would be doing themselves a favour distancing themselves from the crap Bunnings sell

Not so!!
From my cousins son-in-law who works for Techtronic Industries, they would only be clearing some old stock as new models are coming!!

Heads down....
Went to Nunnawading and they have the AEG at the original reduced prices.
Apols if got anyone excited. Must of been just the Box Hill store that wants to clear the AEG prods quicker.
The AEG saw is made in China, but it sure does beat my old Ozito sliding compound mitre saw
Mind you the laser guide is useless - flange type that is out about 2mm every time I tested, will remove as it is distracting.
Cheers, Steve
