While this thread is again topical I regret to inform you that while an unoffical WIP is indeed in place, albeit in my mind, it took a retrograde step when I was last in NSW.
I didn't get to fell the tree. There is a small problem here. As it is a spotted gum and they shed their bark each year I have lost the indellible crayon mark. It will be sitting on the ground somewhere on one of those oval patches
.
So I have to find the tree again, which as you have no doubt guessed, will just slightly extend the duration of the WIP
.
