See this is why I said Wendy should be here so damn enthusiastic she is willing to be there when no one else is.

Not long now before the start of the Sydney Wood Working Show.

I would like to alleviate any concerns that you might have with the forum stand. Based on last year my experiences was talking about the forum. Most were people that already knew about the forum so that made things very interesting. Some were even members and just came up and said G'day.

I think that some of the members that are into the Metal working part of the forum could also be part of this stand.

So come on people lets see this filled.

Here's the latest roster. Still some good places available so don't be shy
    Attachment 173140

In terms of the drill to get into the Show.
    1. Neil (UBeaut) will have the exhibitor passes at the beginning of the day.
    2. The first person on duty on arrival at the Show gates will phone Neil and/or Pauline, who will meet them at the gates with the passes.
    3. The next person will phone the first person on duty and the first person on duty will let them in (and so on throughout the day) - only the first on duty is to ring Neil/Pauline (remember they are exhibitors at the show with their business not hostesses for the Forum stand)
    4. During the day the people on duty must keep track of the passes and keep them safe from misuse
    5. The last person on duty is to hand back all the passes to Neil and/or Pauline so the whole exercise can start again on the next day.

To make this work I will need your phone numbers. Please PM me with your number (along with you email address). I will then email a version of the roster to each of you so that you all have the contact details but it isn't broadcast on the Forums.
    Cheers

Here's the updated roster. Some more help on Saturday and Sunday would be great.

I am sending the roster and contact details to the emails of those who have given me those details. Please check that I have got the times and details correct.

Could nzcarver, ToothFairy and wun4us PM me with their contact details so I can complete the listing?

Many thanks to everyone for agreeing to help and let's see if we can drag some of our reluctant mates into the exercise on Saturday and Sunday....::
    Cheers
