PS No malice is intended in this post , just a bit of light hearted fun generated from my observation of the smilies content.

why is it that lately my pc downloads from instagber.net when I open a fourum page.
Did a google and it seems its just a smiley source. It slows down the page download something chronic.

No idea - has nothing to do with our site Unless someone is downloading smiles from there to forum pages, which is a bit of a no no.
The forums emAnate from 2 sites www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com.au and www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com neither have anything to do with
instagiber.net however on doing a bit of a search I find that some members have used smiles from that site in their posts. THIS IS DEFINITELY A NO NO. DON'T DO IT AGAIN.
IF YOU COME ACROSS A POST WITH THEM IN PLEASE LET ME OR KNOW AND WE WILL DELETE THEM AND CHASTISE THE PERSON WHO IS USING THEM.
The only smiles that we recommend for use in these forums are the ones on the forum, the ones in the previous post of mine and ones which you have copied onto your own computer then posted as a graphic.
It is not a wise move to post smiles from other sites as these sites often cease to exist and when they do it can play havoc with forums etc. They are also often linked to spy ware and other nasty stuff. DON'T DO IT.
You will also find that these smiles sites ask users copy the smiles to their own computer and not to link back to them.
I have deleted one instance of them in these forums today - placed on the forums by Ozwinner, back in June this year. BAD AL.KEEP A LID ON THE GARBAGE... Report spam, scams, and inappropriate posts, PMs and Blogs.
