What to bring etc...
The plan for the day, if you could call it that, is the usual BS and hopefully some demo's of things people bring with them.
- Start 11:00am
- Where: you should have received a PM with the address already, or get it with a copy of this post today, if not, PM me!
- Please bring along something of interest (WW related!) if you have it. I have a pergola area so the items will be under cover. 2-3 minute demos are usually quite interesting.
- SWMBOs (aka wives and girlfriends) are most welcome - though not at the same time .
- Please let me know if you bring anyone else along (for catering purposes).
- Food provided:
- sausage,
- burger,
- bread
- simple salad items.
- Soft drinks
- cold water
- if you want steak or beer that is a byo.
- Attendee list so far, please advise if you are not on the list:
- Auld Bassoon (?)
- Bennylaird
- Clinton
- djstimber
- Flowboy + SWMBO
- Grunt
- Groggy
- Gumby (definite maybe)
- Iain
- Jigger + father
- kiwibrucee
- Ozwinner
- Schtoo
- Scooter
- Skew
- ubeaut + Pauline
- Waldo
- Watson + potato salad

Planning to work for 3 hours Sat morn then head across to Greg's, will hopefully be getting the OK on this tomorrow (Tues).
Provided work's OK, I am happy to give anyone a lift not too far off the intended route (ie. Cranbourne - Monash fwy - Princes Fwy - Hoppers Crossing ). Can pick up from train station on way if that helps.
Max 4 seats available.
Cheers...............Sean

I may have to pull out as the Sparky is coming on Saturday to check up on what has to be done. If he isn't to late, I should be right. Will have to wait and see
Cheers

Na Iain, But swmbo's taking a couple of coachloads of cubs & joey's and parents for a sticky at the scouts on jamboree over the weekend.
Do ya want me ter sic em onto you?
I've got a group of civilians leaving camp Saturday morning and another group of civilians coming in about lunch time. So given I'm about 2 1/2 hours from groggies theres just no way I could make it.

My daughter is up there, troop 116, we are just going up for a look and to take up some gear the leaders forgot.
It was 38 yesterday, in the shade, of which there is none from what I can gather.
Sunday is also a market day, whatever that means, will find out when we arrive no doubt.Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.

So it was a coolish day yesterday.
40's are common this time of year,
Hi Iain, its sheryl here now - Sunday is going to be 22 with an 80% chance of rain!! wet thousands of cubs, joeys, leaders and parents...- I dont have to worry about the scouts camping there!! just the ones i have to take home on the buses. lol
Sunday actually is named Future Scouts Day (and Market Day) - hence the trip of thousands of younger generations. They are putting on a display and parade approx 12 midday on the oval to represent 100 years of Scouting. I will be there in a blue uniform - look out for me and say hi..
