    Default Weather alert

For all us lowlanders travelling to Wendy's get-together on Saturday, forecast max is 15deg. With wind chill we'll find it decidedly cool.

As Wendy said earlier, bring some warm clothing.

    Wendy,

I hope you are going to have some adhesive labels for us. Some of us Alzheimer's sufferers find it hard to remember who we are - let alone remember the names of people we may have met only once a couple of years ago.

Rocker if that is the case I hope that you take a road map with you so you can find you'r way home. After all we don't to see a SOS go up from Barbara because you got lost.

    Peter,

Fortunately, I shall have a chauffeur tomorrow who has travelled the route before. But he has been known to get lost fiinding his way to Elimbah, so I might take a map to be on the safe side

    Good idea Rocker!

I can get lost in my own backyard! As long as we're going up hill we'll probably be heading in the right direction...

Travel safe Sam! Enjoy the warmer weather for us all.

    Talking of the weather.

I give you all fair warning. It is FREEZING here today. I do hope tomorrow will be a bit warmer. I suggest gloves, scarfs and windproof jackets, even a hat maybe a bit warmer than the forum hat. I'd hate for anyone to get

But, I promise to have a big pot of hot chicken soup ready
