Help please in Victoria
Hey all. Well after spending the past 2.5 years setting up my big shed, sacrificing plenty to get new tools and machinery and getting some work my landlord tells me this week he's selling my rental and i have to move out after telling me 4 months ago i could stay for the rest of my life. This'll be my 7th move in 8 years and I'm getting to old and frail for much more.👴🏼
So, I'm putting feelers out everywhere for somewhere to live with a powered shed or a weathertight, powered shed suitable to live in as well. I have to vacate by 31 October but sooner would be better. I have good references and never missed a rent payment. Happy to maintain grounds and house (labour) in return for rent offset. Non-drinker, a very well behaved friendly Jack Russell bitch (spayed, not a yapper and never strays). I'm an Aged Pensioner and my housemate is close to being the same and currently works part time in the Home Care sector.
This is what I'm looking for:
Area: Central or East Gippsland/ Bass Coast
Property: House - Rental at the lower end of $200 - $310 per week. At least 2 bedrooms, 2 car parking. Internet access essential. Prefer rural or semi-rural. Long lease, prefer 4/5 years with option to renew.
SHED - weatherproof with a concrete or heavy timber floor. At least 50 square metres, powered (240v, 3phase as well would be excellent).
If anyone can help me out (and my housemate - a longtime great friend) please PM me.
Thanks in advance

Update
Hey all. Had a look at a nice place with 60m2 shed today. A tad small but may be allowed to extend. 5 year lease possible. Fingers crossed. 🤞👴🏼☃️🗝🔨
