<tt>We launched PacificArtisans.net in late February. Version<o>></o>> 2.0,
with a deeper, more interactive and more featured<o>></o>> Community will launch in late April. <o>></o>>

</tt> <tt>If you go to the URL: http://www.pacificartisans.net you will
get a good feel for what we are creating – An online commercial
Artisan Community, not just another online catalog. Please look at the site and notice that we are presenting "Featured Artisans" - a place where each selected Artisan is given their own "space" - biography, statement of work, individual Forum, product presentations and, by April, we will have audio and video presentations from each Featured Artisan.<o>></o>>

</tt> <tt>Also please click on the Our Artisans link on the top navigation bar of the Pacificartisans.net Homepage. You will go to the Our Artisans main page. In the upper left hand part of this Artisans main page is a link - Artisan FAQ - click on this and read the FAQ. This might answer some questions you have.<o>></o>></tt>
<tt>Becoming a member of the Pacific Artisans Community is "by
invitation" and limited to those Artisans who exhibit the
highest quality of Work and personal involvement. We want all
included Artisans/Artists to be involved in the Community. When we add audio and video to the site in Version 2.0 we would expect each Artisan/Artist to send in audio and video clips of
themselves and their Work. Again, we are building an interactive and immersed commercial Community between the Artisan/Artist and the Consumer.<o>></o>>

</tt> <tt>There is absolutely no upfront cost or fee to be included in
Pacific Artisans. You present work and give Pacific Artisans a
"wholesale" price. We then add our retail margin to your
wholesale price and present your Work on the site at a Retail
Price. We also charge the Customer for UPS ground shipping and
full retail value insurance – we then pass this full amount on
to you.<o>></o>>

</tt> <tt><o>>Being "Pacific Artisans" and just launching Version 2.0 at the end of April, we must limit all submissions to the western US and British Columbia
</o>></tt>
<tt>I hope you will take the time to review the website and I hope
you will decide to submit to become a member of the Pacific
Artisans Community.<o>> </o>>

</tt> <tt>We look forward to hearing from you,<o>></o>></tt>
