Gee DIY Dan, I'd kill for a shed like that. It wouldn't much matter who, just any old bugga would do. Any volunteers? D:

Great looking set up. PLEASE someone open up a facility like that here in Melbourne...

Lotsa fun last night. DIY DAN & Felder - Thanks.

the Hammer gear was very nice indeed - I eat my words that 2.5hp is not enough.

hand cutting dovetails my @sre! thats why Mr Gifkins invented his jiggy jig. You'll keep AlexS!

Big thank to Geoff for having us. It is a great workshop mate.

Also thanks to my little helper Felder. Hope you enjoyed the soup and fried rice.

After having a close look at the bandsaw on Friday, I faxed a report back to our head office in China on Saturday.

Today, 2000 new bandsaws are being shipped to Bunnings in Australia.

    Thankyou Scott.

I was seriously considering buying the Hammer bandsaw but now I can get one from you or from Bunnings at a fraction of the price.

    Seriously Scott

having played with Brendon's toy, how would you say it compares with a saw like the Carba-tec 17" Industrial (SBW-4300CE) which for Father's Day was advertised at arround $900 less than the Hanner

the hammer or the hanner is much better. if the hanner is a 10 the carbatec is a 7. no question at all its a better machine and worth the extra $900 smackers.
