Meet and greet PLUS busy bee at Kemeko's?
Okay look yous blokes from Lancelin to Bunbury in West Aus how about we all get together and give a fellow wood whisperer a hand eh?
Ive pmd Kemeko {Kerry} and asked her to give me a hoi so we can hoist anchor and choof off up to Mandurah to do a busy bee with her... and was wonderin who would be up for it?
Who have we got? down around here weve got John Saxton Ramps and me... who else is near Bunbury?... theres a bloke in Preston Beach which is near Mandurah who has come on here once or twice along with ScottyK in Spearwood and Jill whos up in the bush somewhere nearby to me and I know once there was a young Canadian sheila up in Collie dont know if shes still about... and then theres Gazaly in Atwell theres the legendary Harpmaker Joe up in Perth young nipperoo Joash up the other side... and there must be a whole mess of others Ive missed... so what say you blokes and sheilas lets give a hell of a freindship hand to a fellow woodwhisperer?
A great handsdown opportunity for a friendly meet and greet as well as helpin out a fellow lover of wood and forumite whos just now found herself in a sad place with the loss of her beloved husband Eddie
She asked for friendship and faith in her thread so what Im askin is who wants to show that friendship to her in real ways?... busy bee sortin the yard doin stuff that needs doin around her place we head up/down and get stuck in have a nice barbie for lunch get stuck in again and shes apples... her faith in people restored and her faith in their wood working mates reasured... along with new friendships formed
So Ive got an F100 and trailer some timber spare chainsaw 2 lawnmowers and 2 barbies and a small genie along with power tools I can hoist and take with me the missus can chuck the tucker and nippers on board her car while I'll get two of my eldest to chuck more food and stuff onboard their vehicles... Id probably have room for a couple of others if transports an issue... make a day of it?
And Kerry? Sorry if this has pre-empted you by posting this but aside from your asking for friendship and faith my dear... we are friends not yet met so its bloody well time we met alright?... I know if I went to the other side Id hope my wood whisperin mates and matesses would rally round and help Jo out... doesnt take a hell of a lot and Kerry? most of us need each other so you would be doin us a favor as well... pretty much a win win eh?
So people if "your in" and up for a trip to Mandurah please post responses here... and lets show Kerry we aim to be hold her up and take some of the weight of her shoulders with our love and care
Cheers
Shane
PS... please send Kerry and her family your heartfelt care and thoughts on her thread pms or emailBelieve me there IS life beyond marriage!!! Relax breathe and smile learn to laugh again from the heart so it reaches the eyes!!

Good on ya Shane! (and all who respond), a little bit too far for me to travel I'm afraid.
