my name's Phil, I'm building guitars in my spare time and need a new workshop.

I'm looking for new workshop space, around the Northcote, Brunswick, Thornbury, Preston area.

I'd want at least 25 sq.m. I've got a couple of benches, a few machines and a bit of wood.

Would be happy to look at partnering up with someone if they wanted to share the lease on a place.
