I must say, overall the show was a good as every year , good specials, good demonstrations.
The only and biggest critizism I have is:
cant tie caution rags on the back of trailers!
No really, turning blanks seemed to be pretty expensive this year.
I did notice that Cockatoo Timbers from Tassie were not there this year. Also not there were Rare woods and Bowerbird timbers.
Normally their (mainly Cockatoo) blanks are cheap. This year only Mullumbimby had raesonably priced blanks all others were just a RIP OFF!
my 2 cents worth?
BUT, gives me an excuse for another working / holiday in Tassie!!!

G'day,
Except for not having free reign to buy all I wanted, the biggest let down of the show was Miss Makita! There she was, wearing a blue singlet, cleavage showing and all she was was a life size cut-out.
So Gumby, as you pass by her way again can you grab Jennifer Hawkins for me?

I was there on Friday and Saturday and met up with heaps of people including Gumby, Waldo (on the train Friday morning), , Neil, Pauline, Christopha, Tikki, DPB, Phil Spencer, Auld Bassoon, Al, Grunt and those special people who have slipped my mind.
Another good show for all to enjoy.- Wood Borer
