    Cool melbourne woodshow

It makes me proud to be a woodworker and a member of the forums..
I haven't been here much, looking after my wife, trying to be a business person and working...oh, not to mention playing music and singing keep me pretty busy..had to get a map recently on how to find the ocean so I could go fishing...
We needed help to carry out the melbourne woodshow the other day...
I am overwhelmed with the help we were offered and also given...
It's a big gig setting up, then to spend 3 days talking, presenting, trying to entertain & share the skills we accumulate over the years to kids and the visitors to the shows...

From the bottom of my heart I want to offer a very big thank you to the extremely & most generous offers of help...
Thankyou to the "Tea" lady and also to Doug"3030" for the help you gave me..

A very "Big" thank you to Russell & Dennis...man you guy's were great...I meant to tell you's it was full on, I think you's learnt this by yourselves...we all have "stuff" that fill's our lives, commitments to our work, our homes and especially to our loved ones...you guy's moved both Noelene and myself with your selfless help...thanks once again...

    Big Stan!
Speaking personally, it was an absolute pleasure to help both you and Noelene. We met some great folk and although they were long days it was an enjoyable time.
You have my contact details so keep in touch. Hopefully I'll see you both next year.

Not sure I actually did anything. Did come and laugh at you behind your fence. (That was the right thing to do wasn't it.) Hopefully I can be of more actual help next year. Keep me in mind anyway.

    Thanks, Stan.

My contribution was minimal but I was glad to do the little bit the others left behind. It must have been a huge day on Wednesday to leave so little for me on Thursday.

I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.
