Minor Earthquake in Gippsland
It was recently reported that there was a minor earthquake measuring 2.2 on the Richter scale. The epicentre was stated to have been in or about Tooradin.
Further investigations have revealed that this was a false alarm and it was in fact a log falling off a 13 metre lathe belonging to a professional turner who wishes to remain nameless.
