    I saw a thread on here recently outlining delivery problems with PWS but I can't find it now, or it has been removed for some good reason.
    Below is an email I received from them this morning and I think it goes a long way to explaining any issues.

    Dear all,
    Unfortunately, we have to report that Grahame has been taken ill, and is currently in hospital.
    We are hoping for better news in the coming days regarding his road to recovery.
    We thank our customers for their understanding, and ask for your patience in dealing with PWS during this worrying time.
    We will continue to process orders, but these may take a little longer than normal.

    it was my thread and it is still there for very good reasons.
