    Default Pending Sale Question

    I am going to buy a new TS but as it has to be custom built by Hammer I won't have it until next February at the earliest. As space is at a premium I don't want to be trying to sell my present saw after I take delivery of the new one but at the same time I don't want to be without a TS for six months. Can I put it up for sale now and see if anyone wants to take delivery late this year? It might give someone time to save up the required pennies needed.

    As you going to use the Market Place to sell the table saw the rules with in the Market Place have to be followed.

    In addition to this your posted thread you would need to clearly state the terms of the sale, such as not going to conclude until Feb 2013 what will happen if circumstances change.
