The issue for me with this scam, was that being suspicious I sent and email to Peter which received the following reply
"Sure I did, and I configured it securely so you would access it with your email and password. Please view and let me know your thoughts."
which was convincing enough to prompt me to try and contact Peter through a mutual friend to confirm.
All good now, message deleted this end without damage .regards from Alberta, Canada

Yeah, I e-mailed back & got the same reply.
The font of the text in the reply looked odd, like something that nobody uses & the wording/grammar was suspect.
I said, I wasn't going to put my email & password into something when I didn’t know what it was.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

I didn't even reply to the original email but created a new one just in case and got the same reply. When I check my sent items folder it doesn't even appear -- strange.

I sent an inquiry to Peter by using the reply button which on thinking about it might not nave been a good idea after I received the email and heard nothing most probably because Peter was busy trying to figure out what was happening. I did not get the email Ian received as by then Yahoo might have killed the return address.

Yes gents.
The Yahoo Customerservice person said my Yahoo account had had some filters applied to it causing all incoming mail to go to trash. Thankfully I was able to seen a whole stack of emails warning folk Delete. Again, my apologies but I’m still at a loss as to how it’s happened; just thankful it’s cleaned up and sorted. Cheers Peter

Remember, yahoo had every single account hacked and all passwords and details stolen.
After they found out, they still did nothing, plus they covered it up, PLUS repeatedly denied it has occurred.
You cannot trust this company. It does NOT have your interests at heart.
