    Default Shavings Wanted in Victoria

    I received the following EMAIL from a person in Morwell. I do not know this person however they seem quite genuine and they have given me their permission to post their Email.


    Hi,

    I live in Morwell Vic. I am a breeder of rats for our local community. I normally have a wood turning friend up here in which I get all my shavings from to house my rats but due to less work load for him (an other commitments) I am running very low.

    My question to you is if there are any members or your self, to which I can pick up some wood shavings. I am willing to travel to get some. I supply me own bags and do all the shovelling. I hope that I am not being too rude in asking but I am all out of ideas.

    We went to an exhibition at Jeff's shed once and another member gave this idea if at anytime we needed extra. I guess I didn't need it until now. I will be in Melbourne next on the 24th of October but if any is available earlier I can come down this weekend.

    I hope you can help or suggest anything else.
