OUT STANDING SERVICE HNT GORDON.
Recently I purchased two spoke shaves from HNT Gordon, there was a small mix up and I received two of the same. I contacted them and yes, no trouble, just send one back and we will replace it with the correct one.
What I didn't expect was EXPRESS POST DELIVERY THE NEXT MORNING.
Considering they are in NSW and I live in Far North Queensland, that is Service with a capital S.
All I can say is - Thank you, the quality of your Customer Service is only matched by the quality of your tools.
