New Tabs and Forums action
CHANGES TO TABS
You will notice that there has been a bit of a change in the tabs at the top of the screen.
Most of the Forum Sections can now be accessed via the new dropdown FORUM tab. This includes some of those that were previously found on the Navigation bar.
- Blogs, Videos and MarketPlace/Auctions are still on the top bar as they are integrated addons and not a full part of the forums.
- The old Market Place can now be found via a link on the brown bar in the MarketPlace/Auctions section.
- New Market Place/Auctions-FAQ'S and GUIDELINES can be found via a link on the brown bar in the Market Place/Auctions section.
You can access the full forums via the Forums link in the FORUM drop-down tab or by clicking on the WWF logo at the top of all screens.NEW FORUM SECTION
The Members Help section has been combined with then new Forum & Members Help section this can be accessed via the FORUMS dropdowntab.
I think that's about everything.

Neil, when I click on the new forum drop down tab it automaticaly takes me to the upholstery/restoration section, this happens quickly and before I have a chance to read the drop down box let alone click on the section I want. I am using a samsung tablet whether that has anything to with it I am not sure.

Hi Rumnut, just tested that on my Lenovo Thinkpad tablet, like the Samsung it runs on Android.
You are correct, you don't have much time to select from the drop-down box before it goes to a forum seemingly selected at random. The first couple of times it went, like you reported, to Finishing and Restoration.
After that, after I had been successful in selecting Woodturning, it would select Woodturning automatically, but sometimes it would select Finishing and Restoration again.
I have reported this "anomaly" to Admin, hpefully they can fix it.
You can also click on the Ubeaut logo and get to the front page.

Try hovering rather than clicking.
Dropdown should stay there as long as you are hovering over it. Hover to the selected section then click on it. You must stay within the bounds of the dropdown when hovering. If you go outside the dropdown it will roll back up and disappear.
I don't have a problem with it on my tablet but it's a full Windows 7 IBM tablet. So I can't try it out on anything to see the problem for my self.
Because of that the above are suggestions and not necessarily a fix, just suggestions.
Cheers - Neil

For anyone having the same problem and have an android product that won't allow you to hover here is a bit of a fix.
I just tried it on my Samsung (android) phone which doesn't allow hover. I was able to get the dropdown to stay on with a tap and hold for a few seconds. Not quite a double tap, the hold was for a second or so and it stayed on long enough for me to scroll down and up the dropdown to see the entire menu and then choose the link I wanted at leisure.
Cheers

for me on android, clicking the tab left the menu open until i either clicked elsewhere or on a menu item. I was even able to scroll and the menu stayed open.
