David, my only criticism of this BB is the frequency at which people freely bag products etc., often, in my opinion, without real reason. However, my pet gripe is sites such as yours which don't list prices. A catalogue without prices is useless. Sorry to be so critical but so many sites without prices makes internet shopping a pain in the ****.

David & Sue This is a very good site you have produced . It is easy to get around and loads up quickly.Yuo sem to have acheived what you want by letting people know what products you carry or can get. I agree but disagree with RFNK prices would be nice but with the fluctuating dollar you would be changing your price list often.People dont realise that most of these type businesses are family owened and to set up a site like this takes a lot of time and effort. Congratulations on what you have set up and may the rest come soon

Come off it Jim! Think about it; every time anyone wants to check the price of an item on a site like this they have to go and ring up or send an email and wait for a day or two for a reply. How is this any advantage over the methods of old? I know for sure that the only internet shopping I do is with suppliers who give ready access to prices and keep this info. up to date.

Well here is my two bob's worth. This site is a good first step only. It lacks two essentials for a commercial web site. First is detailed information on a product, just saying you sell P&N products is not enough. Customers want information, an online catalogue. Second is price. Without price and information a customer can not, and will not, place an order. Then we get into secure sites etc.
Developing an online presence has the same difficulties for a small family business as say developing a marketing catalogue, the resources of big business are always going to be hard to beat.
There is one item you should address. Have a policy in place re emails and respond promptly. You would be amazed at how many companies take days (or longer)to respond.

David,I 'm afraid that from another persons perspective I have to agree with those above in that whilst product views, availability,
range etc, is all well and good, it behoves the veiwer to go back to his toolman if he cannot compare prices.
I commend you in your first up look at a website to promote your product, but, as the others have stated it does appear to need further work to attract the serious person with dollars.Given that if the prices of products were available on your site perhaps you could have in place links to expanded product sites that may enhance your own site.
Cheers
