Err, BTW, aren't plain white license plates illegal or can I get some too

Al, That's the idea of someone who probably got an APM for it. It's so you recognise it when I sneak up behind you and stick the blueys on. You wouldn't know it was a police car otherwise (apparently).
I'm the one on the far right of pic.
Much to my disgust, it's only the XR6 turbo. It's a piece of shyte. Too light for high speed and IMO should not be an unlimited rating car. They've blown a few of them up in Melbourne all ready. When they spoke to the dealer about it, he said, "It's not an SS, you can't drive it like you do the SS". Good advertisement for the SS if you ask me.

Which one is Leonard Teal
If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

G'day Rob,
Strewth! 5 hours since you raised the topic and 4 pages.
Just saw it now and haven't read through all the posts yet, have you mentioned that you'll be moving into the relm of electron burning?
Don't know how I'll go, but Mansfiled sounds like a good reason to visit you and chat in the shed and see a bit more of this new state I live in.

Tolmie!!
Dude that is serious Hillbilly country, I hope Meg is ya cousin or ya wont fit in.
Thats where Ned Kelly killed the copper or near there anyway, there is a massive big tree with a fence around it and a plaque.
I have been up that way a few time on gem hunts, nice country.

Rob doing some serious electron burning is a very worrying thought! Rob, Wood Borer, old pal, you of the multiplicity of gorgeous and plentiful LNs (and others)! I know that you use tools as you need them, but somehow I find it hard to imagine a WB with a Felder (or better!) in his shed.
I'm getting really jealous now

Great Country if you don't mind snow and ice in the winter.
The little creeks freeze over in the winter.
If you want to draw water from them you have to jump on the ice so you can get to the water.
Some nice big saphires up there too, have also seen some boort from thereabouts too.
A lot of the creeks around there were mined for gold
(probably by the Kelly's when they were hiding out from the troopers)
Seem to remember a big old black walnut tree on one of the old diggings.
I'll put me thinkin cap on and see if I remember whereabouts.
Theres also wild deer in them thar hills.
Have fun, living in the sticks has its blessings.
