Hi NSW Forum Members - now only 4 sleeps until the doors open for Sydney Timber - new date and at the new venue Sydney Olympic Park. The eaction we have had to the change of venue has been fantastic. We sold out of pre purchased tickets mid june, had to do a reprint and then sold out of them last week and being one never to say no to a sale we have been hand maing tickets. This morning alone we sold another 136! The show nerves have settled in and we have everything crossed this show is going to be a great one.
Parking - lots of calls re this. It's easy, follow the overhead signs once you hit Australia Drive to parkin station P1. When exiting into the olympic park forecourt you will see signage for both the show and the trackless train. The venue is the DOME and its a short walk from the parking station. if you don't want to walk we are running a trackless train between 9.00am and 5.30pm each day. If you are an early visitor to the show (i mean before the show opens) we have a coffee cart inside the foyer for you.
Our floorplan, exhibitor list and the presenters timetables are all on our web www.iexh.com.au. Our new program Come Try and Learn, went really well in Brisbane and hope you all get to enjoy it as well.
Don't forget to bring your partner (I know you would rather be at a timber show by yourself) but this year we have an even better Designers on Show 'court'. Everything Australian made and some truly beautiful products.
