Wood School for Perth! Help anyone?
Hello fellow Woodies,
Just wanting to let Western Australian Woodworkers know that Perth now has a venue dedicated to running woodwork and furniture making lessons.
Perth Wood School has been operating since August 10th 2007.
My good mate Mike and I have set up a fully equipped workshop in Welshpool. We have set up with Festool power tools and have just about everything they offer in the woodwork power tool range.
Our address is 1/117 Ewing Street. We are only 800m from the Welshpool train station.
We offer our services to Woodworkers of all skill levels and do our utmost to cater for people with disabilities. Mike and I are passionate about making things with wood and teaching people how to create their own masterpiece.
We love to get visitors so we invite anyone interested in what we have to offer to drop by for a sticky.
You may like to visit our website for more details on who we are: www.perthwoodschool.com.au
Hope to see you soon,
David

Thanks Wild Dingo
I had been using Festool for several years in a boys school and their sanders last at least 5 years of all day every day use so we bit the bullet and chose to blow the budget. The other deciding factor was the dust extraction on all of their tools.
If you do come to Perth please do drop in for a coffee.
