    yes thats right swingers, Mr Neil in one of his less lucid moments has graciously allowed me to become a moderator. more fool him!

    Ok; for the record :

    • I dont get upset at stuff - if I do I'll let you know - please dont send me a "did I upset you with my monkey baiting post?" , I didnt, I wont. I usually laugh at those things, in fact the cheekier the better IMO
    • I will moderate according to the guidelines set by the big guns on this here ranch.
    • I will no longer give out "Reds from Zed" just to amuse myself unless you truely deserve it in my opinion. IMO the rep points are for fun and providing help to fellow woodies, its a shame people take it too seriously.
    • I will leave my rep open as I like to see the comments people make
    • If I delete or edit a post or thread I will tell you why I have done so, and it will only be because of slander, hate, propoganda, racism, sexism, political or religious intolerance. I will not argue with you about what I have done, I will refer you to or neil.
    • I will try to protect newbs from old hands who get stuck into them (especially newbs from other countries who may not be familiar with english language or aussie behavioural slang/teasing)
    • I will always strive to protect our benefactor and Ubeaut enterprises (and also you guys too)
    • Otherwise I wont change my behaviour too much <poke out tongue>
    • Feel free to give me a rev up (publically if you desire) if I mess up, I will take all feedback as constructive and attempt to improve my mod'ing

    So help me, me.
