For GEELONG residents and visitors
Not a recipe just something really YUM.
Pay a visit to IGA at the back of Packington St. North Geelong. Like most supermarkets, they sell Roast Chicken. However they also sell PORK HAMHOCKS which are oven roasted to perfection. Crackling on the outside and on the most succulent, tender, roasted ham on the inside.
A treat not to be missed by residents and visitors to Geelong....... Unless your religion prevents it, if so I can guarantee you have really missed out on something a bit special.

PS 2 ham hocks usually gives us a good meal for 2 and cold meat for lunch or dinner the next day.
