Take 4 kittens (baby rabbits) and clean them.
Stuff and sew up stomach.
Bake in baking dish as per any roast but only for a short time.
Serve whole with baked veg and fresh green minted peas.

When I shot them professionally, my contractor's old mother used to do them like that old Kentuckian does his chicken.
So I guess a blend of 14 herbs and spices into the batter mix, and then flour the pieces before battering, and then deep fry them at 190C for nine or ten minutes. Eating these pieces cold was simply divine, and we washed them down with ice cold beer.Buzza.
