Sable is it ????
I recently moved and came across a bottle of Sable that i bought in about 1982 from Kellermeister wines in the Barossa valley.
will it still be drinkable ?
should i keep it. ?
should i try to sell it. ?
look forward to your comments.Cheers Fred

Should be fine Fred, fortified wines, like the Sable Chocolate Port should keep almost indefinitely.
Not being a vintage port, I wouldn't expect it to have a higher value just because it is over 20 years old, so just open it and enjoy.
Every time we come back from Adelaide we bring some bottles of Sable back with us, great stuff
Have you ever been to the Kellermeister winery?

If it's been well stored it should be OK. Built back before the time of "drink now or tomorrow" wines.
