Gulf Island National Seashore
Fenderbelly was kind enough to share his pics of Innes National Park, so I thought I would share some from Gulf Island National Seashore, Pensacola, Florida.
The island was decimated by hurricane Ivan in September of 2004. It was literally stripped of vegetation and much of the island was flooded for years. It was finally opened in 2009.
The plant life is gaining year by year.Cheers,
Ed
