Insects etc.
These are some macro shots I have taken lately of some insects and spiders.
Taken with a Nikon D7100, and AF Micro Nikkor 55D f2.8.

Hi ironwood,
Beautiful photos of the insects and spiders you see the great detail of them.
You should have them blown up and frame. Would make great wall posters or
be great in some book. I'll be looking forward to seeing more insect photos.
Top job.
Cheers Graham.

Hi Graham, thanks for the comments. I will frame some of my shots one day I guess.
Surprises me every time when I look at one of my macro photos, just how much more detail you can see that you normally would miss with the naked eye.Brad.

G'day Brad
Fabulous photos with a really great camera. Given the variety of shots and the unpredictable actions of the little buggers, did you just shoot them hand held, or set them up somehow and use a tripod.
Either way, you are right to be proud of these shots.
Happy shooting,
Alan...

You must have a lot of patience and a lot of insects. Well done
Would love to know if you were hand held or not

Thanks for the kind words Guys.
I do all my insect shots handheld, I find the tripod too slow and cumbersome.
A lot of the insects are real jittery and you only get a second or two to get the shot before they take off.Brad.
