The Kooka looks like a ball of cotton wool with a little bit of dirt. As you say, very cute.

Have a great day mate.

Merry Christmas.

Crikey you have a huge variety of birds down there Trev, Red Capped Fairy Wrens are one of my favourites!
Hope you have a wonderful day, probably getting a bit more work done on the Brough I dare say.
And yes, I can just imagine the bedlam at Dave TTC's place this morning, hope he survives it for the GTG on Australia Day.
Merry Christmas to all,
Alan...

Now that's a "Bugger" Cowboy.
Still I hope you have a great day mate.
With all the fun toys you have in the shed it shouldn't be to hard to stay amused.
I've been cover in fiberglass dust since around 3 this morning "Something's Never Change".
Cheers mate

Hope you having a good time too
I am in the shed only not mine. Doing some work for the neighbour. I have a serious case of shed envy
That is my car in his shed. Its probably about 700mm longer than your van. Like that makes a difference in his shed lol

I hope everyone has had a great day and you enjoyed your time away at lunchtime Trev. Those Christmas Wrens must be on the endangered list as I haven't seen any around before today.
Now I understand why you were working on the shed today Dave in your other thread. I was going to say you should be home opening presents with the kids, but now I know why you weren't. Hope they all get back safely when the time comes.Dallas

I think the first few photo's will be a giveaway as to what Tayne got me for Christmas.
DJI_0016.jpg DJI_0017.jpg DJI_0018.jpg DJI_0019.jpg
Straight out of the box and straight up to about four hundred feet.
The first photo is looking back down the coast towards Scamander, the next one to St.Helens, then in the direction of the Bay Of Fires
and the last one shows the road leading off to Launceston through Scottsdale.
IMG_6364.jpg IMG_6383.jpg IMG_6385.jpg
This baby really flies and has a range of 2000 metres all controlled by GPS.
Shoots video and stills with a flight time of 25 minutes.
Tayne reckons it's a natural extension of my photography.
I reckon it's the best damn present a Dad's ever got, and his looking for a nomination as Young Australian Of The Year!.
Although I maybe a little biased in that regard.
Either way "Best Darn Pressie Ever".
Cheers
Trev.
