You got that wrong Peter.
No Shoes, No Sleeves and No Name Tags wouldn't preclude any "Blokes" at all!.
As for the early start to the day, I'll have a sleep in and move the start to 5 O'clock!
Cheers

Sorry Peter I think your getting a little confused between mucked up and "Having No Idea!".
As a general rule I'm pretty happy with myself if I can keep track of the month.
Now to make everything worse in a couple of day's or so there's a hole new year to deal with!.
But even if I think I'm having a bad day it can worse for others.
I took these photo's the other day, the bird had just landed on the branch after flying a good 40 metres or so to get there.
Not that it would seem to matter to much, but have a look on the end of his tail.

I reckon that Ants going to have a story to tell when he gets home!.

Should you have a favourite eastern spinebill. The other spinebills might get jealous. But kudos for you to tell him apart from the others. Or is it a she?
Love rhe wrens or wren in this case

The 'guy' might be a Grey Shrike-Thrush.

Herbert is a male and I can tell him apart from the other Spinebill's by the white spots on his head and especially around his eye.

All of them are different so is not hard to know if you've photographed a particular "Herbert" before.
I don't know if the markings change over time but it's a handy way to tell them apart at the moment.
You my friend would be spot on!.

Something beautiful to wake up to on the first day of 2016.
Any chance that you might move back to Mildura in the near future for your photography?
All the best for the year Trev.Dallas
