Trip to Washington & Alaska last year
My second trip to Alaska and my wife's fourth. We started in Seattle and stayed near Mt Rainier then flew to Juneau and did Mendenhall Glacier and Admiralty Island (with the highest concentration of brown bears in North America) then flew to Anchorage and did Matanuska Glacier, Columbia Glacier (out of Valdez) and all the glaciers in Blackstone Bay near Portage.

Love the pic of the dragon fly in mid flight. There is some interesting wild life over there, and the scenery is a bit of all right too!

Thank you Nathanael for sharing your holiday photos, some top shots there.
It just makes one wish they could have been on the trip too [all except the kayaking for this old bloke]...

Trust me, I wish I could have foregone the kayaking! Much prefer to be on foot on solid ground.
