Shedhand, I suppose I don't have a problem with it if no one else does. How much Traditional or Sheethot Wax will they use if they win?

Good one Bobby!
You will be surprised at how well you'll go. Every tipping comp I've been in, the winner is usually someone thats not really very interested in the game.
I am going to put together a pack of veneers for the booby prize.....Its just as hard to try and lose as it is to win... DAMHIKT. pics tomorrow.I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

G'day Bloke. I'm pretty sure that Fox Sport on Cable in some US states broadcasts Aussie Rules programming. I hear its got a bit of a following in California. Although with Arnie in charge they probably have Austrian Cow De-horning contests broadcast.
Cheers and good tipping. (whispers quietly that the bottom 4 will be, Carlton, Essendon, Richmond and Kangaroos) so don't tip them unless playing each other -- then toss a coin.If you never made a mistake, you never made anything!

I think you can download the games or at least highlights from the AFL site if you don't live in Australia. Ya gotta pay if you live here (being a BigPond subscriber is too big a price for me to pay).

I'll have a look round to see where (and if) the games are available on the TV. I used to watch them regularly several years ago, so am more or less familiar with the rules.
Actually, I really enjoyed watching the games. They seem to be harder to find nowadays than before over here. I've been on the AFL site and should at least be able to get highlights from there. Will display my allegiance later on, as I'm still sorting it all out.
Thanks for the "inside" scoop, Sheddie. That's if all goes by the formbook, which it rarely does IMO.Cheers,
Bob
