First concert I went to was Gary Glitter at the WACA when I was about 14....a bit too old for him to have interested in me.
The first real album I bought (not 20Dynamic Hits or something) was Suzi Quatro "Can the can" . Thrashed it within an inch of its life!!

First album I bought with my own money was Explosive hits '71 - The second track on the album was Black Night. Blew me away. I've loved guitar music since.
First BIG concert was ELO at the Music Bowl in Melbourne, 8th February 1978.
First Australian band was the Keystone Angels (yes, the Angels) at a lunchtime gig at Frankston High School mid to late Seventies. Loved them ever since. Got to meet Doc in'92 and reminded him about that. He was quite embarrassed.
