Help Identify a Blues Artist
I wish to consult the Brains Trust.
This has been bugging me for more than 25 years and I can't take it any longer. I thought that the artist was "Savoy Brown" but now I am not so sure.
The song is "No Need To Worry". So that you do not waste time on the wrong song with a similar name here is the first verse;
Well it's hard to be lonely
Feeling everyone is down on you
It's hard to be lonely
Feeling everyone is down on you
And you find out later on
That they care so much for youprozac

Prozac, the band was Cactus - Jim McCarty, Tim Bogert, Rusty Day and Carmine Appice.
The song is off their self titled first album, it was a group composition.
Cheers

Thanks GJ. It sounds right. In the early 1970s I was listening to a lot of this stuff. I had it in the back of my mind it was Savoy Brown (it's not) but cannot remember listening specifically to Cactus. Like they say if you can remember you weren't there.
