What is the best Tom Waits album
Just pondering.. just listened to Small Change again.. also own Blue Valentine, Frankies wild years, Swordfish Trombone, Mule Variations
I can't decide they're all good...guess I should have asked whats your favourite?

Thats strange, what happened to all the posts from this thread...I seem to remember a bit of a discussion going on......or is my memory playing tricks on me?
EDIT just found a clone of this thread further down the list.... at least my memory is OK...now I'm worried that my threads are multiplying!

Nighthawks at the Diner for mine. Brilliant live performance from way back when he was in his early 20s. He still sounded like he was a 70 year-old with terminal throat cancer, mind you.
