Anyone booked holiday through Expedia?
Has anyone had any experience booking overseas holidays through Expedia? They seem to have some good deals going but am a bit reluctant to book online and enter credit card details etc. Anyone had any dealings with them would be interested to know how things worked out.

Hi John,
Yep, they're not too bad, used them for a Thailand trip a couple of years ago. I was a little disapointed after I booked when I found out I could of saved myself a couple of hundred if I had of booked the whole thing myself, from airfares to accomodation. I guess they have to put their cut on top. Don't fall for 'transfers' as extras, hotels will pick you up from the airport for nothing.Last edited by Scott; 12th January 2012 at 12:33 PM. We have used Expedia to book flights and overseas hotels many times and have had no problems, you have to pay at the time of booking but that works out OK as it is one less cost while you are away,
The prices always seem to be competitive.
Good holiday
