    me and the missus been invited up to Wup-Wup this weekend...
    Up close to Camerons Corner (which is the tri-section of SA\NSW\QL)...
    Via Corona, Border Downs, Pine Point...
    Dirt all the way...
    First 200km rated "rough\no worries"
    Next 100km rated "slow down..."
    Last 50 km rated "ROAD CLOSED"
    Even the RTA won't go the last 50 Km...
    Ach... It's only mud...
    See yous on Monday...

    Went up there years ago, hot dry and dusty, can't remember what the surface was now red or black, but that black stuff is bloody awful wet, travel about ten metres and the wheel arches are full, jammed between the the tyres and the body, and slippery as buggery too.
    We encountered this up near Dirambandi and got stuck for a week, not a good experience (floods and we couldn't leave town, everything was about a foot underwater and you just didn't know where the road was).
