Hahaha sharpening chisels for high school students... It's nice they are still teaching kid how to use sharp implements. Just out of curiosity, generally how do the kids treat the tools? Would you say these kids appreciate the class?

Have a few chisels that get abused from time to time. They have sliced a nail or dropped them on the concrete floor. We bought 120 Narex chisels for the senior classes and they have survived real well and have held their edge. Most of the students appreciate their classes but we have a few ratbags.
