Impulse By Scheppach TiGer 2500
Yesterday popped into my local H&F for a peek and stroll when I saw an ex-display TiGer 2500 at a reduced price..... $199 down from $319.
Sort of wanted one so thought what the heck and could stop myself. The only problem, it didn't come with anything else but the grinder. I thought making the support bracket shouldn't be much of a problem, 12mm rod, cut and welded together. Should even be able to make the sliding plate.
But that is where it might end.... Was wondering if anyone who has one might be able to supply a copy of the operating manual and a drawing or even photographs of the sharpening brackets (jigs) in the event I maybe able to make one. Good project to add to the list.
Thanks in advance
Squirrel.

I can send you a copy of a manual and photos of the jig supplied, even dimensions, however it won't be until I get back from brisbane on thursday.

Squirrel
I have a Scheppach 2500.
For info on it plus a spare parts diagram visit Scheppach : Werkstatt » - Schleifmaschinen »
Scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on "Spare Parts" for the PDF spare parts file and later "Accessories" for photos etc.
Specialist is sending you other details. In need I could email a copy of the owners manual and could take close up photos of the jig for sharpening planes blades and chisel plus a few other that I have.
You will need to buy a truing device to true the stone i.e. to get it flat and perfectly round again, from to time. I bought the Tormek truing tool - it fits the Scheppach and works well.

Thanks for the info Therapy and heads up RSSER.
I have sent a pm in relation to the truing jig so will see how that goes. If you don't mind Therapy I will take a couple of those pic's as from what I can tell the basic jigs shouldn't be hard to make. But I wont know until I try and test it out.

Borrow an idea from the Tormek and make the mount leg closest to the wheel threaded. With a nut that makes micro-adjustment much easier.
