The files are Bahco brand.
I've attached photos for part numbers.
My experience with getting these was a shamozzle. Took over a month. All the excuses, Covid, computer fail, computer upgrade, didn't someone else order them etc etc!!!
Anyway a local-ish company ordered them in for me.
Building Component Sales. Ph 02 49207525. I am not affiliated with them. In any way except as a customer.
About 10.00 - 11.00 per file.
I had done a fair bit of looking and they were the closest retailers. Hindsight probably should have tried nationally...
If you'd like, pm me your number and I'll give you the Bahco rep number I have.

Yeah, Gasweld for sure.
I was trying the Barcode numbers from the boxes and returning nothing useful. The new end-box photos supplied have them sorted.
I'll pop in an order for a few and pick them up next week.
edit - Ha! Just logged into my Gasweld account and look whats there

BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I caught the goddam COVID!
Been crook as hell. My granddaughter went for a 15 minute visit one Friday Arvo to Loving Daughters friend. That friend had a visitor in the morning with the plague. I cuddled my GD later that night - I was there 5 minutes.
Jesus! Bang, bang, bang.... One Friday, ripped through 4 families. SWMBO and I had it worse as we're old! LOL!
Just about over it though... when I am, I'm going on an adventure to BUY SOME STUFF!!

Woodpixle, hope you get better quickly.
OK gurus.
My procrastination has ended... at least for now.
I finally got the courage to file the teeth.
I used the 15tpi template from Blackburn tools, glued a strip onto the side of the sawplate.
Then with the DEST file I took 2 strokes to create a notch for each tooth. Then went back over with 3 more strokes to deepen the cut.
My muscle memory wasn't the best at the start. Allowed the file to skip occasionally.
Then using the small file went over all the teeth until the flat at the top of the teeth just disappeared.
So far so good, for me.
Saw cuts, but curves away. So need to Set the teeth.
At this point I have not touched the set, so if the saw cuts a curve, is it my bad handsawing technique?
I'm going to mark alternate teeth prior to attacking them with the set tool.
Do you do one side the turn saw around or just alternate hands. Muscle memory???
If the saw cuts a curve, which side do you gently file? The side it curves too?
Thanks for all your help so far.

Got an Eclipse 77 the other day. Looks unused. Anvil goes up to 12 and the hammer is very narrow, without measuring I'd say less than 2mm.
Now to set the teeth do you do one side alternate teeth then turn saw around and do the others.
Is it smart to mark alternate teeth.

Yes,
Do one side first, every second tooth, then flip it over an do the other side, the same.
Don’t bend the teeth to the opposite way they are already bend.
Only bend the tops of teeth,an really doesn’t need much force.
Don’t let other Beings be present why your setting teeth.
An if possible sit outside in some national light(Unless you live on the Eastern side of Australia at present)
Cheers Matt.

Hi Lyle. I find it easier to mark alternate teeth. That way you can find your spot when you get distracted . Fancy #77 with comfy handles. My saw sets all need warming up on a cold day.

Lyle
That set looks good and like Mountain Ash I have not seen that version with the covered handle: It will probably stop a sweaty hand slipping too on our hot summer days.
Remember that the numbers do not correspond to the ppi of your saw. They should meremly be regarded as a reference point so once you find a setting that works for you, you can return to the same point. It may differ for the range of saws you have. Best to make a note of the anvil settings for each of your saws somewhere and not rely on, in my case, a diminishing memory.
