The diamond wheels still have not arrived but decided I needed a blade stop.

A couple of bits of wire, a 4inch nail and some old chainsaw fuel line

Because it's swinging off the guides it's very easy to adjust.

    Works a treat.

And a close up of the grind angle, Best I can do with my old phone.IMG_20210312_112939301.jpgIMG_20210312_113103928.jpg

Well, my 10 for $10 diamond wheels arrived and I into it, every thing worked as advertised, very light touch, shined up 3+mm on the top/back of all 147 teeth and she cuts much, much better, maybe as good as new.

Well worth the investment of time and money, and very satisfying. But if your going to do it,get a chair, get comfortable, and plenty of light. One diamond wheel lasted the whole blade. So all good

Highly recommended for TCT blades, but finer bimetal blades would be very tedious. Thanks everyone for their help. Cheers. Phil.

my bandsaw is 25 YO carbatec 3/4 H/P that has served me well, despite years of abuse due to my the slow growth of my woodworking knowledge and skills. there are several bi metal blades hanging on the wall, once they were dull i shelled out for another, and the last purchase was a Henry Bros 10mm, it seems to outlived the others but now baulked at even resawing some paulownia.I had saved Derek Cohens post on his technique for touching up a dull blade so invested a bit of time in making a rough jig to hold the cordless dremel, my method was just clamping the jig to the fence and the table , turning the battery tool on and advancing the blade one tooth at a time and using the slack in the blade to kiss the fixed rotating tool, slow but results are excellent, no need to buy another bandsaw blade, photos will follow, Ross
