Years ago I worked with a company that did a lot of recycled wood so we hit a lot of nails... I used to use a angle grinder to "touch" up the teeth and on the bandsaw blades. I shaped the tip of the disk to closely resemble the gullet of the bandsaw blade. Bandsaws blades are pretty forgiving when resharpened
