Just for starters, here's a place that seems to make scissors sharpening machines. No price list that I have found yet, but they look pretty interesting and probably hideously expensive AND wont work on Aussie 240V as it's all 100V over here.

I'll edit this post as I find more stuff.
Seems to be that most just use a regular waterstone to keep them up to scratch.
Oh yeah, you will have to translate that page yourself, and it will prolly be a mess.
