    I've never looked close enough to see how he powers his grinder.
    Me neither. I s'pose he either runs it from a battery, or carries an extension cord and uses their power. That would be a bit cheeky, wouldn't it?

    Just for starters, here's a place that seems to make scissors sharpening machines. No price list that I have found yet, but they look pretty interesting and probably hideously expensive AND wont work on Aussie 240V as it's all 100V over here.

    Seems to be that most just use a regular waterstone to keep them up to scratch.

    Oh yeah, you will have to translate that page yourself, and it will prolly be a mess.
