Smile Beall tilt box angle finder

Can anyone tell me where to order the Beall tilt box angle finder in Australia. The digital angle finder is made in the U.S. by "Beall". I have seen an alternative which is availible here (wixey) but the Beall is more robust and has finer graduated measurements.
    Regards to all.

ydna, Put simply, no I can't but below is a link to an interesting commentary on the very item.

Can I ask why you are limiting your search to Australia? Buying US equipment on-line or local is not much difference, so I've found in the last couple of weeks.

    Hi Soth,
I went to purchase it through Amazon and they told me it cannot be sent to my address due to some problem with regard to what is in the actual item.

Amazon is hopeless on international orders. ABout the only thing they will ship to aus is books in their own store. Even if you try to buy second hand books or ones through their 3rd party suppliers, and it specifically says they will ship international, the amazon ordering system rejects the transaction.

Try some of the other US suppliers, they will be grateful for your business and usually offer exceptional service. $AU=70c today. Hopefully it'll risde over the next few months with the US$ at 0%

I think almost any angle meter is cheaper than an IPhone

I purchased mine on line from the Beall site. Got here very quickly in good condition. It's better than the Wixey version that I also have - was a freebie with another purchase from o/s.

I'll second that, hitch. I ordered direct from the Beall USA website on 28th Dec, and my Tilt Box was received at a country NSW P.O. Box on 6th January. Yes, they even sent it to Australia rather than Austria. At US$39.95, plus about US$12.00 for USPS postage, it ended up costing less than buying the Wixey locally, even at current exchange rates.

Excellent service from Beall, and the product is definitely of better quality than the Wixey. The case seems to be machined from a solid lump of metal as far as I can tell, and having the magnets on the side also makes it easier to read the display when attached to a sawblade. She's a very solid little beastie.

Off to the shed to true up my saw, jointer, drill, etc..........
