Belts for a drum sander
Where do you get your drum sander belts?
Have a drum sander that requires 3" X 90" belts.
Problem is that when a board runs over the area that is joined to the drum of the sander for too long it will break. You end up with a good belt that is 2" short.
For a new one it is $15.
I came across some 50 mm belt (cloth backed) for $1 per metre so for about $3-$4 I may have found a cheaper version.
Has anyone a better solution?
