Default Where to get brushes for a Ramset Drill?

    Hi,
Does anyone know where in Australia I could set some brushes for an old Ramset 321 hammer drill (I think that is the correct model)?

It's a great drill, but the brushes need replacing, and I don't know where to start looking (and yes I tried Google ).

    Any input appreciated.
    Cheers.

    Vernon.

Ramset have their own outlets, there's one in Church St, Richmond, Vic, and I would presume there is one (or some) somewhere in Sydney, try the yellow pages.
    Good luck

    Try here http://www.ramset.com.au/public/arti...articleid=1206

Closest branch to you is Newcastle. But if you go to any tool service people they should be able to get the brushes. Bosch actually make their drills.

You could try Davidson Bros. in Tamworth.

If there is a bosch dealer near you they can get the ramset brushes as they were interchangeable.

Just to give you an update. I rang around a few places and most didn't seem interested in helping, or gave me some ridiculous price.

In the end I emailed www.hpt.net.au (I think they are called Hendo's Power Tools) and got a quick reply and a really good price. I ordered and received the brushes quickly. I have since fitted the brushes and the drill is purring again. I'm very happy.
    Cheers.
